Draft Home

1. Independent and unofficial service

DraftCenter is an independent, fan-created service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., The Pokémon Company, or The Pokémon Company International.

DraftCenter also connects with or links to services such as Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Supabase, Vercel, and PokéAPI. Mentioning or supporting a service does not imply a partnership or endorsement.

2. Intellectual property

Pokémon names, characters, artwork, game data, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. DraftCenter does not claim ownership of them.

Game information and artwork are shown to help people run leagues, discuss the game, and identify Pokémon. Their appearance here does not grant permission to sell or redistribute them.

You’re welcome to share graphics created by DraftCenter for personal or community use. Please don’t present them as official Pokémon material or imply an endorsement that does not exist.

Rights holders can request review or removal of material by contacting DraftCenter through its published support channel and identifying the material in question.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account secure and use DraftCenter in good faith. Don’t interfere with drafts or league data, bypass access controls, impersonate people, upload harmful material, scrape private information, harass others, or use the site illegally.

Content or accounts may be limited or removed when needed to protect the community, investigate misuse, or keep the service working safely.

DraftCenter is not intended for children under 13. Local laws or connected services may require a higher minimum age.

4. League and community content

You’re responsible for the league names, logos, rules, messages, comments, predictions, and links you submit, including having permission to share them.

Submitting content allows DraftCenter to store, display, process, and back it up as needed to provide the feature you chose. Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups or where another user has already shared it.

Public leagues, streams, comments, and shared graphics can be seen outside your league. Choose private or league-only visibility when something should not be public.

5. Streams, replays, and external links

Only share streams, videos, replays, or channels you’re allowed to share. Videos remain hosted by Twitch, YouTube, or the other service—not by DraftCenter.

The rules of each linked service still apply. DraftCenter may remove links that are expired, misleading, unsafe, or unauthorized.

When you open an external link, that service’s own terms and privacy policy apply.

6. League payments, entry fees, and prizes

Commissioners may post payment and prize details for their leagues, but DraftCenter does not collect, hold, or guarantee those funds.

Commissioners and participants should agree on entry fees, refunds, eligibility, and payouts before joining. A note recorded in DraftCenter is league information, not proof of payment.

7. Privacy overview

DraftCenter stores the information needed to run the service. This can include your email and profile, league membership, draft picks, results, messages, comments, votes, predictions, badges, notification choices, stream links, and basic security or diagnostic records.

That information is used to sign you in, save league activity, calculate community statistics, send notifications you request, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and understand anonymized site traffic. DraftCenter uses Vercel Web Analytics for cookie-free, anonymized page-view measurement.

Information you publish to Community, a public profile, or a public league may be visible to anyone. Private league information is limited to people with the appropriate access.

DraftCenter does not sell personal information. Aggregated or de-identified league and community statistics may be displayed publicly, including draft trends, matchup results, win rates, poll totals, and Pokémon preference information.

You can request access, correction, or deletion through DraftCenter’s published support channel. Some records may remain temporarily in backups or where they are needed to resolve security or account issues.

8. Third-party services and processors

DraftCenter uses Supabase for accounts and data, Vercel for hosting and anonymized Web Analytics, Resend for requested emails, and PokéAPI for game information and artwork references. Optional features may also connect with Discord, Twitch, YouTube, or Ko-fi.

When you enable an integration, DraftCenter uses only the information needed to provide it. Discord information is not sold, used for unrelated profiling, or used to train machine-learning models.

9. Service availability and disclaimers

DraftCenter works hard to preserve drafts and league history, but no online service can promise uninterrupted access or recovery from every failure.

Commissioners should download league backups and double-check important rules, deadlines, standings, payouts, and playoff decisions. Features may change as DraftCenter improves reliability, safety, and performance.

10. Policy changes

These policies may change as DraftCenter grows. Important updates will be reflected in the date above and, when appropriate, announced in the site.
